Privacy Policy

Magnify Creative (“Magnify Creative,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mymagnifycreative.com (the “site”) and our text message alerts, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the site, we collect what you enter:

• Contact form and Magnify TV request form: your name, email address, phone number, business name and the details of your message or request.
• Brand Matrix: your answers to the questions, your name and email address, and the business details you add for a playbook.
• Team Alerts sign-up: your name, your mobile phone number and a record of your consent to receive text messages.
• Client questionnaires: the answers you send us through a private link we shared with you.

Purchases. If you buy a Brand Matrix playbook, you pay on our payment processor’s secure checkout page. We receive confirmation of the payment and the details we need to deliver your order, never your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers receive basic technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the page requested. We use it to deliver the site and to protect it from spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many forms can be sent from one connection in an hour.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• answer your messages and requests, and prepare quotes;
• provide what you ask for, such as Brand Matrix results, playbooks and our services;
• keep a record of your request in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, so our team can follow up;
• send account notification text messages to Magnify Creative’s owner and staff who opt in to Magnify Creative Alerts;
• run, protect and improve the site; and
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

• Visitor statistics. Our own visitor statistics count page views and a few actions, such as which buttons are used. They record the page, the name of the website that sent you and any campaign tag in the link. They use no cookies, store nothing on your device, never record what you type, and replace your IP address with a code that changes every day. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is counted.
• Brand Matrix progress. The Brand Matrix keeps your answers, and the private links to your results and orders, in your browser’s storage on your own device, so a reload doesn’t lose your progress.
• Staff sign-in. If you’re on our team and sign in to our admin area, a cookie keeps you signed in. Visitors never need it.
• Other services. Some pages play videos from YouTube in a pop-up. When you play one, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Our payment processor’s checkout page works the same way.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business: website hosting, our CRM and its email and text message delivery, payment processing, and the AI tools that prepare Brand Matrix playbooks. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

The categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

Magnify Creative Alerts are account notification text messages for Magnify Creative’s owner and staff who opt in on our Team Alerts sign-up page. If you opt in, we use your mobile number only to send you those alerts and to keep a record of your consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP at any time for help. Message frequency varies (about 100 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Our Terms of Service set out the full terms of the program.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people on our team who need it. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Your information. To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email eric@mymagnifycreative.com.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any alert to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Other messages. If we email or call you and you’d rather we didn’t, tell us and we’ll stop.

Children’s privacy

The site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
