These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of mymagnifycreative.com (the “site”), run by Magnify Creative (“Magnify Creative,” “we,” “us”), and to Magnify Creative Alerts, our text message program. By using the site or signing up for alerts, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please don’t try to disrupt it, get into areas or accounts you aren’t allowed to use, send spam or harmful code through our forms, or copy the site’s content for commercial use without our permission.
Our content
The site’s text, videos, graphics, logos and other content belong to Magnify Creative or to the people who allowed us to use them, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.
Information, prices and services
The site gives general information about our work. It isn’t professional advice, and it may change without notice. Prices shown on the site may change; work that isn’t priced on the site is scoped and quoted. When you buy something on the site, such as a Brand Matrix playbook, the price and what’s included are shown before you pay. Any project we take on is covered by the proposal or agreement for that work, which takes priority over these Terms where the two differ.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as YouTube. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
SMS Alerts
- Program name: Magnify Creative Alerts.
- What it is: internal account notification texts sent only to Magnify Creative’s owner and staff who opt in (for example, alerts when an important client email arrives or a deadline is close). They are not marketing messages.
- How to join: sign up on our Team Alerts page with your name and mobile phone number, and tick the consent box.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies, about 100 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To cancel: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. To join again, sign up on the Team Alerts page.
- For help: Reply HELP for help, or email eric@mymagnifycreative.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and your consent.

Disclaimer
The site and the alerts are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site or any message will always be available, on time or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Magnify Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the alerts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Using the site or the alerts after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
